What would happen if we all saw more art and less ads?

COMMON CANVAS wonders if it's possible to get art out of museums and galleries and out in front of millions. And if we have to buy our way in front of people then so be it. What if art patrons began to desire that the art they patronized and bought had a life outside their personal collection? What if there was a way to buy art and at the same time buy its mass distribution? With literally millions of potential public "canvases" available in the media landscape in all shapes and sizes, maybe it's time to experiment more and theorize less.
